WORK PERMIT KITAS (Index 312)

 

 

Work Permit KITAS is designed for foreigner who employed by a company based in Indonesia. Otherwise, foreigners can also create a PMA (Foreign Direct Investment) then sponsor their Work Permit KITAS. They are authorized to get paid from the Company.

The nature of this visa is valid for 1 year, then it can be extended every year up to 5 years without any obligation to leave Indonesia territory.

The advantages by having Working Permit KITAS:

Work in Indonesia, open a bank account in Indonesia, apply for driving licenses, get special discount at hospitals, etc.

 

Document Required from Foreign Worker :

  1. Letter of recommendation from the Company Sponsor,

  2. Curriculum Vitae,

  3. Copy passport (all pages),

  4. Passport Photo : size 2x3, 3x4, 4x6 @ 4pcs with red background,

  5. Copy of Graduation ( Diploma ).

 

Document Required from the Company / PMA:

  1. KTP ( ID card local people ) of the Director or Person who responsible/Manager (better domicile in Bali),

  2. NPWP ( Tax Number Registration ) of the company,

  3. SP PMA from BKPM,

  4. Surat Keputusan dari Dept. HAM & HUKUM ( Legalization letter from Dept. Low & Justice),

  5. TDP ( Registration of Company’s Number ),

  6. SKTU ( Company’s Letter of Domicile ),

  7. Akta Notaris ( Deed of Establishment ),

  8. Legalization of Deed Establishment ( Akta Notaris ) by Department of Justice,

  9. Blank Letterhead of the company ( 10 pcs ),

  10. Company Stamp + director’s signature.

 

Procedure and process:

  • Company Registration. First, you have to provide scanned copies of the company documents to register your company in the ministry of labor. If you made company with us, then no need to provide anything.

  • Getting e-Visa. We will prepare all the necessary documents and obtain an e-Visa type 312. The process takes about 10 -14 business days. After e-Visa is ready, we will send it by e-mail or WhatsApp

  • Visa registration. You need to bring your passport to any of our offices within 7 days after arriving in Bali (or after your visa is issued if you are already here) to register your visa in Immigration and obtain a re-entry permit (required). The process takes 2 weeks. You will need to show up at Immigration once for photos and fingerprints.

  • The last step: you will receive your passport back and ITAS online.

 

NOTE: After your admission in Indonesia, please convey your passport to us within 7 (seven) days to process your complete KITAS documents.
