FAMILY KITAS (Index 317)
Family KITAS is obtained for foreigner who legally married with an Indonesian person, foreigner who follow their husband or wife who hold a Working Permit KITAS in Indonesia or a child under 17 years old who follow their parents who has a KITAS in Indonesia. Sponsorship should be the name of Indonesian citizen mother / father or a company based in Indonesia. The visa is valid for 1 year and extendable per year up to 5 times without obligation to leave the Indonesian territory (Sponsorship must be same name).
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED :
1. For foreigner who legally married with an Indonesian person:

Copy applicant passport (all pages),

Original Marriage Certificate,

Original Family Registration Certificate (KK),

5 pcs passport photo with red background.
2. For foreigner who follow their husband or wife who hold a Working Permit KITAS:

Original Marriage Certificate,

3. For a child under 17 years old who follow their parents who has a KITAS in Indonesia:

Copy of parent’s KITAS Documents,

Copy mother or father's passport (all pages),

Copy of child's Birth Certificate,

5 pcs child's passport photo with red background.
Procedure and process:

Company Registration. First, you have to provide scanned copies of the company documents to register your company in the ministry of labor. If you made company with us, then no need to provide anything.

Getting e-Visa. We will prepare all the necessary documents and obtain an e-Visa type 313/314. The process takes about 10 -14 business days. After e-Visa is ready, we will send it by e-mail or WhatsApp

Visa registration. You need to bring your passport to any of our offices within 7 days after arriving in Bali (or after your visa is issued if you are already here) to register your visa in Immigration and obtain a re-entry permit (required). The process takes 2 weeks. You will need to show up at Immigration once for photos and fingerprints.

The last step: you will receive your passport back and ITAS online.
